Current PBBoard SEO doesn't use way. It cause problems links when the topic title is in none English letters especially Arabic. Also the link will not be valid when you change the topic title.

If it will be done in feature we might use link like this:
https://pbboard.info/forums/t5555-topic-title.html

we can't do that by hack or mods, that should be made on all modules and styles.
