i can not get it working on version 2.1.4
i can not find this file anywhere show_subject_legacy.tpl maybe an error?

I don't have show_subject_legacy.tpl and I didn't get this error.

show_subject_legacy.tpl is added when you install show subject legacy ad-don.

Anyway I removed show_subject_legacy.tpl from gravatar add-on,

Please remove the previous file and install this new one:
