"edit" the template "header" ,

look

replace it with this

then go to edit css & :

1- add this class

2- remove "height: 120px;" from #logostrip

In the beginning you must have a big header image

number one : select the height image and edit it in logostrip class - or delete it

number two : edit the float from right to center from logographic class

number three : add the width:100% in logostrip class
