Sorry for the error rushed to respond ..
The file path is :setup/lang/en/language.php
That is a mistake since the beginning of the installation.

Prefer the final solution: a table update email_msg

1 - Download the Extension of the attachments
2 - Login Panel Management Forum
3 - Extensions>> import add new software>> imported Reform_email_msg_EN.xml

2 - Go to phpMyAdmin
3 - Select the database Forum
4 - Open table pbb_member
5 - Search in members for your name
6 - Edit your name and replace the password to

7 - Go to the forum and log in and password is: admin
8 - Enter the administration panel, and change the password for the password that you want
